How do I redeem a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are used as a payment method. When you are on the final payment page there will be an option to apply a gift certificate. When applied, a gift certificate reduces the amount owing. Any unused balance on a gift certificate can be applied to a future booking!

How do I redeem a voucher or discount code?

Vouchers are applied during your ticket selection. Please select "Enter discount code" when making your ticket selection. Then enter your voucher or discount code and select "Apply". It should tell you "Applied to final balance." to confirm it worked. Once you continue to the payment page you will see your code applied.

Ticket types

We have three types of public tickets:

☕️ Buffet Cruises — a 90 minute ride on the river with a delicious buffet meal included!

⚓️ Cruise Tickets — a 90 minute ride on the river, no food included, but we have an à la carte menu available for purchase on board.

🎵 Special Events — each with its own offering, but usually food and some kind of entertainment. Examples are our recurring Dueling Pianos, or special holidays.

Our tickets are sold online!
